All our reconditioned engines go through an extensive engine reconditioning process which includes at least the following:

  • Cylinder head de-greased, pressure tested and skimmed
  • All valve seats re-cut
  • Valves resurfaced
  • Block deep cleaned
  • All cylinders honed
  • Brand new headset installed (includes new valve stem seals)
  • Brand new headgasket installed
  • Brand new headbolts installed
  • Brand new piston rings installed
  • Brand new big end bearings installed
  • Brand new main bearings installed
  • Brand new bottom set installed (including new front and rear crankshaft seal)
  • Brand new oil pump installed
  • Brand new Timing Chain Kit
We can also recondition your own engine the advantages of reconditioning y
ou own engine are that there would no need to concact the DVLA to update engine numbers, its very simple
