  • Cylinder head de-greased, pressure tested and skimmed
  • All valve seats re-cut
  • Valves resurfaced
  • Block deep cleaned
  • All cylinders honed
  • Brand new headset installed (includes new valve stem seals)
  • Brand new headgasket installed
  • Brand new headbolts installed
  • Brand new piston rings installed
  • Brand new big end bearings installed
  • Brand new main bearings installed
  • Brand new bottom set installed (including new front and rear crankshaft seal)
  • Brand new oil pump installed
We can also recondition your own engine the advantages of reconditioning you own engine are that there would no need to concact the DVLA to update engine numbers, its very simple
