All our reconditioned engines go through an extensive engine reconditioning process which includes at least the following:
- Cylinder head de-greased, pressure tested and skimmed
- All valve seats re-cut
- Valves resurfaced

- All cylinders honed
- Brand new headset installed (includes new valve stem seals)
- Brand new headgasket installed
- Brand new headbolts installed
- Brand new piston rings installed
- Brand new big end bearings installed
- Brand new main bearings installed
- Brand new bottom set installed (including new front and rear crankshaft seal)
- Brand new oil pump installed
- Crank Ground/Polished

All our reconditioned engines come with a comprehensive 6 month parts warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors.

- Proof of purchase required for all claims
- Installation by qualified mechanic recommended

Pallet delivery available for all UK mainland addresses. Standard delivery is usually within 5 working days.
